From 2021 to 2022, she was the senior director of audit and oversight, playing a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance across various operations. She previously served as the director of audit and oversight from 2020 until 2021 and as a senior manager of business project programs, spearheading risk adjustment oversight strategy between 2017 and 2020. She began her tenure at Aetna in 2013 as a compliance lead.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Allison held positions that honed her expertise in regulatory and operational compliance. Before assuming her role as a corporate regulatory compliance manager at Coventry Health Care in 2013, she worked as a regulatory compliance analyst for the same company from 2012 to 2013 and as a policy and compliance specialist there between 2008 and 2012. She previously held the position of surveillance and utilization review system auditor, investigating health care fraud at Health Care Excel Inc. from 2007 to 2008.

Before joining Health Care Excel, Ms. Allison held multiple roles at Apria Healthcare Group Inc., serving as a region compliance analyst from 2006 until 2007 and as a senior quality assurance coordinator and suspended billing representative between 2001 and 2006. She began her career as a general manager at Bisch Inc. from 1999 to 2000, where she cultivated her skills as a servant leader. Servant leadership has since been a cornerstone of her career, significantly contributing to her success in subsequent roles.

Providing Ms. Allison with a solid foundation in business principles was her educational background. She earned an associate degree in business administration and an associate degree in sales and marketing from the American Institute of Business, both obtained in 1999.
