Prior to her current position, Ms. Stewart was a senior manager in advisory services at HoganTaylor LLP. During her tenure, she expertly directed a team of professionals and supported small businesses through the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, fostering a positive environment with minimal turnover. This achievement allowed her team to assist clients in navigating an uncertain business climate and provide support while keeping businesses running, people employed, and communities served. She also provided financial due diligence and quality of earnings reports to support business owners through multiple mergers and acquisitions.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Stewart worked as an accounting manager for contracted power and energy at MIC Global Services from 2017 to 2018. Before that appointment, she performed financial statement and employee benefit plan audits and attest services at Moss Adams LLP from 2013 to 2017 and at Voldal Wartelle & Co. from 2009 to 2013, following her role as a business intern at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.

Before embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Stewart earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting at Gonzaga University, graduating in 2009. She is a certified public accountant, a member of the Washington State Society of CPAs, a former member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs and a member of the Information Technology Alliance, a national organization of the top 100 accounting firms. She has been a speaker for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Employee Benefit Plan Conference. Ms. Stewart attributes her success to her family, who instilled values of integrity and honor, and to her colleagues, who encouraged her bravery, mindfulness and innovation.

Beyond her professional roles, Ms. Stewart is actively involved in civic-minded organizations. She is a Bellevue Chamber of Commerce member, served as a board member and treasurer for Lindsey House from 2019 to 2021 and participated in Class 63 of Leadership Tulsa.

In recognition of her contributions to the field, Ms. Stewart has received several formal awards, including being named a Woman to Watch in 2024 and receiving the Woman in Advantage Award from CBIZ Inc. in 2023 and 2024.

Outside her career, Ms. Stewart enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter, rambunctious labrador and friends. She also enjoys traveling, Pacific Northwest summers, concerts and sports.
