His career is marked by several significant achievements, including his concurrent tenure as a non-executive director at OldView beginning in 2015. Additionally, he was a member of the board of directors at Exro Technologies Inc. from 2024 to 2025.

Mr. Fairweather showcased his entrepreneurial spirit when he founded SEA Electric in 2012 in Melbourne, Australia, where he served as chief executive officer until 2024. The firm focused on reinventing vehicle technology through a range of proprietary electric power systems, which he later branded as SEA-Drive. Drawing from his previous experience in delivery services, he understood that applying electric technology to delivery services would be more user-friendly and economically viable than electrifying larger transportation vehicles. They launched their first all-electric truck in 2017 and won the HVIA Product Innovation Award in 2021 and the Green Car Journal's Green Car Product of Excellence Award in 2022.

Under his leadership, SEA Electric expanded into the United States market and raised approximately $130 million. This expansion culminated in a merger with Exro Technologies, a TSX-listed company specializing in electric power solutions, in April 2024. The merger resulted in an enterprise value exceeding $300 million.

Focused on innovation in his field, Mr. Fairweather is dedicated to advancing electric vehicle technology. With eight patents under SEA Electric and now overseeing a combined portfolio of approximately 100 patents following the merger, he continues to make significant contributions to the industry. His strong drive and entrepreneurial spirit have been key factors in his success, influenced by lessons learned from his father and experiences gained throughout his diverse career path.

Mr. Fairweather's career began in operational management at Coca-Cola Amatil from 1995 to 2000, where he gained valuable experience that laid the foundation for his future endeavors. He then transitioned into management consulting with Mercuri Urval from 2000 to 2003, which sponsored his Master of Business Administration in international business. This experience led him to a pivotal role as general manager at TNT Express (now Fedex) for the following five years, where he developed a keen interest in the electric commercial vehicle sector. In this role, he also oversaw multiple businesses across Queensland, Australia, handled P&L responsibilities and gained expertise in human resources.

Following this role, Mr. Fairweather co-founded Patico Automotive with his father in 2006, serving as chairman for the next 16 years. This venture allowed him to travel extensively and recognize the potential for electrification within the commercial vehicle industry. The firm focused on commercial vehicle brands in Australia and New Zealand.

Mr. Fairweather's educational background has been instrumental in his success. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical engineering, a Master of Enterprise Innovation and a Master of Business Administration in international business, all from Swinburne University of Technology. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, which further enhanced his leadership skills, and is a member of the American Business Association.

In his personal life, Mr. Fairweather enjoys playing golf and traveling as hobbies. In the upcoming years, he is planning to invest in various sustainability initiatives, particularly in electrification, while exploring philanthropic opportunities to give back to the community.
