Along with her hands-on experience, Ms. Endo holds a master's degree in human resources training and development from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in communications from American University. Together, these educational achievements have been pivotal in her career, as they provided her with the skills necessary to excel in both human resources and education.

Overall, Ms. Endo credits her dedication to helping adult individuals find their way as a driving force behind her success. Beyond her professional life, she is a devoted mother to two children, Alexander and Casey, and enjoys an active lifestyle, which includes working out, ballroom dancing several times a week and various water activities.
