During his time with CenturyLink, Mr. Reynolds grew revenue and advanced through the ranks with three promotions. He began his 9-year journey with the company as an outside sales representative, engaging directly with potential customers. As an account manager, Mr. Reynolds created contracts to grow the company. This role allowed him to learn the marketing needs within each city and community. After achieving success as an account manager, he proved to be a dynamic force as the manager of the field marketing team. Mr. Reynolds' experience with contracts and relationship-building helped him generate new partnerships, which included collaborations with field sales teams across Colorado, Nebraska and Iowa.

Mr. Reynolds' early career included management experience at Enterprise Holdings Inc. from 2009 to 2011. As he met the challenges and demands of the rental car industry, he learned more about the pharmaceutical, financial planning and commodities industries.

Mr. Reynolds credits his brotherhood with the gentlemen of Tau Kappa Epsilon (TKE) for playing a significant role in his professional growth. Now regarded as a TKE founding father, he has launched a new wave of recruits and nurtured a positive culture within the fraternity house and school.

Mr. Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and creative writing from the University of South Dakota. This educational background has equipped him with persuasive communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities that have been instrumental in his professional achievements. He attributes his success to God for the blessings bestowed upon his family and believes that embracing athleticism has taught him valuable lessons in pushing boundaries and practicing humility.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Reynolds is deeply involved in his community as his alma mater's head track coach for Central High School.
