With a career spanning over three decades, Mr. Sullivan has honed his expertise in managing crises, leading teams and ensuring financial stability. He also has experience overseeing a broad spectrum of teams, ranging from 15 to 1,000 individuals, depending on his role as chief financial officer or chief executive officer. Another of his primary responsibilities is handling liquidity issues and managing relationships with stakeholders, particularly in private equity-backed companies, family-owned businesses, and ESOPs.

Before these appointments, Mr. Sullivan served as chief financial officer at Infinity Engineered Products from 2023 to 2025 and Western Global Airlines from 2022 to 2023. His tenure as managing director at Phoenix Management Services and Phoenix IB from 2019 to 2022 further solidified his reputation in the turnaround industry. For the preceding six years, he was the president and chief executive officer of Sullivan & Associates LLC, where he guided companies through transitional periods.

Mr. Sullivan's educational background has been instrumental in his success. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Morehouse College in 1995. During his undergraduate studies, he spent a semester abroad at the Burgundy School of Business in Dijon, France, focusing on international finance and economics.

Mr. Sullivan's academic achievements are complemented by certifications, such as the NACD Directorship Certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors, a Certified Turnaround Professional designation from the Turnaround Management Association and maintaining CFA Institute Charterholder status. Mr. Sullivan's contributions to the field have been recognized with his induction into the Georgia Titan 100 program, which honors top executives in Georgia. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is actively involved in civic organizations. He served as president of the Dikembe Mutombo Foundation for one year and founded the Atlanta Chapter of the Private Directors Association, where he was involved for three years. He was also a member of the national board of the latter organization. Mr. Sullivan was also a member of the Global Board of Trustees of the Turnaround Management Association (and for one year a member of the Executive Committee) in addition to serving on the board of the Atlanta chapter of the same organization.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Sullivan enjoys a rich personal life rooted in his New Orleans heritage. He is passionate about cooking and jazz music, both integral parts of his cultural background. He is also an avid tennis player, a wine enthusiast and a lover of travel, having visited nearly 50 countries. His favorite city is London, but he cherishes memories of living abroad in Kenya for a year. Looking ahead in his career, he aims to join additional boards of directors and aspires to serve as CEO or CFO of larger companies valued in the billion-dollar range.
