For nearly three decades, Mr. Bell has established a distinguished career as a security systems consultant, leveraging his comprehensive expertise in security, fire protection, access control, video surveillance systems, telecommunications, electrical contracting and compliance. Since 2017, he has been an integral part of the University of Mississippi, overseeing the security and access control systems and the video surveillance system through the IT department on campus.

In this role, Mr. Bell oversees approximately four university student workers interested in information technology and security, mentoring their development while delegating tasks to team members. He also provides consulting services for companies outside the university, advises clients on compliance issues and serves as a compliance manager for multiple companies, ensuring their employees are properly licensed and the companies adhere to state regulations. As such, he has played a crucial role in helping organizations manage and mitigate business disruptions. Furthermore, Mr. Bell collaborates with contractors on major projects and manages nationwide compliance and licensing issues while remaining well-versed in laws and statutes needed to maintain compliance.

Embarking on his professional journey in 1997, Mr. Bell has been largely self-employed, installing security alarms, video surveillance systems and access control systems for residential and commercial clients. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for his future success as a security systems consultant. Over the years, he transitioned from performing groundwork to becoming a sought-after subject matter expert, advising companies on improving their processes and ensuring compliance with state regulations to cultivate an environment of success.

Mr. Bell's educational background includes coursework that led him toward a career in the medical industry. However, while attending college, he began working part-time in security at 18. Although initially aspiring to become a paramedic, he swiftly realized that the security industry was an ever-evolving, fast-paced and rewarding business. Now equipped with 28 years of professional experience, Mr. Bell is especially proud of maintaining engagement and growth in his career choice.

Known for his leadership across various security sectors, Mr. Bell also holds master electrician licenses in over 20 U.S. states. Additionally, he is an active member of the Electronic Security Association and the National Training School, further demonstrating his commitment to professional development. He attributes much of his success to the significant values of hard work, motivation and a drive to succeed that his father instilled in him. Looking ahead, Mr. Bell aims to expand his business network across all 50 states and launch a security and access control integrations company. Outside his career, he enjoys traveling with his wife and pursuing his passion for 1990s-era imported sports cars.
