During this time, he played a critical role in its expansion from $100 million to $1 billion in annual revenue by building the supply chain, opening multiple plants, acquiring a trucking company and launching other trucking operations.

Mr. Crawford's career began with roles that honed his skills in planning and customer service. From 2010 to 2013, he served as fleet owner and manager of operations after hours at Arnold Transportation Services, where he managed planning operations. For the previous two years, he worked as a customer service planner at Roehl Transport after completing a two-year tenure as a planner at Heartland Express. His early career included a position as a planner at Swift Transportation for one year and ownership of The Stereo Man for three years. His first role was as a customer service manager at Powertel from 1999 to 2004.

Mr. Crawford's educational background is rooted in accounting and finance, having earned a Master of Science in accounting and finance from the University of Phoenix in 2017. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and an Associate of Arts in accounting from the same institution. Beyond his education, he attributes his success to the support of his wife. He also firmly believes that God guides his path, enabling him to assist as many individuals as possible.

During his childhood, Mr. Crawford lacked a strong parental role model, which has inspired his commitment to ensure that children experience nurturing and compassionate care and education.
