Ms. Proctor initiated her executive career in the entertainment industry as partner and artist manager at Martingale Entertainment from 2009 to 2015. Before that, she served as an associate manager at Borman Entertainment from 2004 to 2009 where she oversaw day to day management of Keith Urban's career, including executing album releases, artwork design, and tour planning after gaining experience helping scale the tour marketing department at Creative Artists Agency (Los Angeles) from 2002 to 2004. Ms. Proctor's contributions have been recognized with accolades that include the New Horizons Award from Sweet in 2022 and the Next Rewards from the National Entrepreneur Center in 2018.

After initially pursuing a pre-med academic path, Ms. Proctor shifted her focus to human and organizational development. Her educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in business psychology from Vanderbilt University, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2002. She also completed international studies and earned her high school degree at Choate Rosemary Hall and thrived in a prestigious Nashville music internship at the Country Music Association (CMA Awards, CMA Festival) in 2001.
