Prior to his current position, Mr. Eilola was vice president of operations for the Americas region at Vertiv from 2023 to 2024. Before that, he was senior vice president of operations at Blue Origin (COO) from 2021 to 2023, where he established two greenfield operations and contributed to successful rocket launches. His tenure at Blue Origin concluded on excellent terms after he ensured a smooth transition by hiring his replacement.

From 2019 to 2021, Mr. Eilola served as ATS chief operations officer at Celestica. He also played a pivotal role at Mattel, Inc., first as senior vice president from 2017 to 2018, then as chief supply chain officer from 2018 to 2019. His leadership was crucial to Mattel's turnaround, significantly impacting the company's sustainability.

Mr. Eilola's earlier career includes serving as vice president of integrated supply chain, operations, for the Americas at Honeywell Aerospace from 2012 to 2017. He successfully executed the Honeywell Operating System, which drove growth, profitability and scalability for the company. Additionally, he held various leadership roles at BOC Gases, Arch Chemicals, Ashland Chemical, and the PQ Corporation.

Mr. Eilola graduated from Villanova University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering. His education laid a strong foundation for his chemical engineering and operations management career. He attributes his success to the teams he has led and the values instilled in him during his upbringing in South Philadelphia.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Eilola is actively involved with local Catholic charities as a volunteer. He values civic engagement and believes in giving back to the community through charitable work.

In his personal life, Mr. Eilola was born in San Diego and enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time with his wife Cheryl and their children.
