She initially joined DHL Express Pvt. Ltd. as a territory manager, where she excelled in sales performance and received several accolades, such as the Top Sales Performer in India and Best Sales Performer in the Western Region.

In 2011, Ms. Kulkarni transitioned to the role of research and planning analyst at DHL Express Pvt. Ltd., where her outstanding contributions earned her a trophy for research and planning and the Ace Award. She then advanced to trade lane manager for EMEA/Latin America at the same firm, further honing her skills in managing complex trade routes. Her tenure at DHL culminated with her position as business development manager, where she continued to drive growth and innovation.

In 2015, Ms. Kulkarni joined DB Schenker as a senior route development manager for the USA and Canada trade corridor. After coming to the United States for the role, a long-held dream, she successfully doubled the business between India and North America, focusing on air and ocean freight services. Her exceptional performance was recognized with the Best Trade Lane Manager for the Americas award and the Best Trade Lane Manager of Air Freight in USA Trade award. In 2023, she assumed her current role, continuing to expand trade opportunities between India and the United States.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Kulkarni is actively involved in civic organizations, such as the USISPF, Indian Achievers Forum and Lean In Women's Organization, among many others. She frequently participates in discussions with influential Organizations like USISPF & Indian Consulate New York. Her dedication to women's empowerment is evident through her participation as a panel speaker, with topics of "Women in Supply Chain" and "Challenges that Women Face in Logistics."

Ms. Kulkarni's personal life is enriched by her passion for travel and photography, having visited 11 countries and numerous states within the United States and India. She also enjoys playing the ukulele and is a certified scuba diver.
