The German-based business was recognized as a world leader in intelligent energy supply and data management systems for moving machinery. Thereafter, Mr. Allan became the president and general manager of Wampfler, Inc. in 2005 and then as director of a global market unit at Conductix-Wampfler until 2008 following Wampfler's acquisition by the French-headquartered Delachaux Group.

Mr. Allan's academic achievements have significantly influenced his professional journey. He holds a graduate management certificate from the University of Queensland since 2001, a Master of Business Administration from La Trobe University in Australia in 2008, and he continued post-graduate studies at Xavier University in Cincinnati between 2009 and 2019 and was awarded MBA concentrations in finance, international business, business intelligence and marketing. These educational accomplishments have equipped Mr. Allan with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in various aspects of business management.
