She also holds the designation of a Chartered Financial Analyst and has been part of the CFA Society of New York since mid 2021, allowing her to remain abreast of industry trends.

One of Mrs. Contractor's most notable achievement occurred in 2018 when she effectively took on the responsibilities of an analyst after her senior colleague left the team. Her ability to manage the entire workload and lead the team's work without any senior analysts above her led to a well-deserved promotion and solidified her reputation within the company. Mrs. Contractor is also an effective public speaker, frequently sought after to comment for TV, radio and to speak at conferences. In recognition of her contributions to the finance industry, Mrs. Contractor has received several accolades, including being shortlisted for ESG Investments category as part of the Women in Asset Management Awards and also being listed as part of the SRI 30 under 30 award. She has also recently contributed a chapter to a book 'Sustainable Investing: Problems and Solutions' published by the World Scientific.
