Mrs. Frazier initiated her affiliation with Marsh McLennan Agency as an intern, after which she was named an employee benefits administrative associate in 2011. Subsequently, she accepted key roles such as commercial lines account associate from 2012 to 2013 and business insurance account manager from 2013 to 2017. She then excelled as a business insurance operations consultant from 2017 to 2019, followed by her tenure as the director of innovation in 2019, and in 2020, Mrs. Frazier humbly accepted the Apex Award for innovation in her work to standardize processes across the firm.

In 2020, Ms. Frazier became the regional vice president of operations with Marsh McLennan, a position she held until 2025 when she assumed her current role. Her signature expertise in operational solutions, offshoring transformations and acquisition onboarding has proven instrumental in her success, and as a reflection of her persistent commitment to professional development within the industry, Mrs. Frazier maintains membership in the Risk and Insurance Education Alliance.

The pursuit of academic excellence prompted Mrs. Frazier to earn a Bachelor of Arts in history with a minor in political science from the University of North Carolina Greensboro in 2011. She then completed a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in operations from the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business at Elon University in 2015. Mrs. Frazier's deep dedication to continuous learning has prompted her to obtain several industry certifications, including an Executive Leadership certificate from Hollins University and designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Insurance Service Representative from the Risk and Insurance Education Alliance.

Beyond her professional achievements, Mrs. Frazier actively seeks opportunities for civic engagement. She has served as the collegiate province director and international officer for Alpha Delta Pi since 2020 and was previously the organization's membership experience advisor from 2014 to 2020. Mrs. Frazier's philanthropic efforts extend to volunteering with Ronald McDonald House Charities and supporting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Mrs. Frazier balances her demanding career with a fulfilling personal life. She enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband and two sons.
