Over the years, Ms. Dantas advanced through various roles in operations, including project manager and oversight director. She also had the opportunity to serve as a line manager and trainer for the LA Clinical Trial Managers. In 2017, she relocated to the U.S. to join the PPD Development Operations team. Her tenure at PPD culminated in being recognized as the best Development Operations Team Member for 2023.

Ms. Dantas' academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from the University of São Paulo in 1999 and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina in 2023. This education has been pivotal in shaping her strategic approach to leadership and management within the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, Ms. Dantas holds several certifications that have furthered her expertise, including project manager professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2011 and credentials in clinical development strategies from Emeritus in 2024.
