Mr. Graham has built a distinguished career in the business technology and consulting sector. Mr. Graham is an Executive Board Advisor at Incture, a recognized global provider of digital and AI solutions. Since joining Incture in October 2024, Mr. Graham has provided strategic guidance creating new revenue streams, fostered and deepened relationships with SAP and enhanced Incture's brand in the SAP ecosystem.

Prior to his role at Incture, Mr. Graham enjoyed a 30-year tenure with SAP culminating with his retirement in April 2024. His remarkable career included his most recent role as the Global Vice President and Head of Source-to-Pay Center of Excellence (CoE) from 2021 to 2024, where he led a global team of subject matter experts that drove adoption and consumption of SAP Intelligent Spend and Business Networks solution. Before this role, Mr. Graham was the Vice President for North American Strategic Customers between 2013 and 2021, where he engaged with SAP's large and strategic customers focused on procurement and supply chain transformations. Mr. Graham's prior roles at SAP included serving as Vice President, Line of Business Procurement for North America from 2010 to 2013. As Vice President of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Solution Management from 2005 to 2008, Mr. Graham played a critical role in the launch of the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) product line which generated more than $500M in revenue. Mr. Graham began his professional career at Hughes Aircraft Company as a Manufacturing Analyst from 1987 to 1992, Mr. Graham was then recruited by Alpha Therapeutic Corporation as an Information Technology (IT) Analyst between 1992 and 1994.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Graham received a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Technology from San Diego State University (SDSU). His academic background laid the foundation for his successful technology and business strategy career. Mr. Graham further enhanced his expertise through certifications in Artificial Intelligence Implications for Business Strategy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and various business strategy certifications from McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Graham's professional journey is complemented by his board service, and participation on community and industry-related organizations. He is actively involved on the Dean's Board of Advisors at the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Advocates Professional Golf Association (APGA) and a member of Private Directors Association (PDA). Mr. Graham is a Life Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and former member of Orange County North Carolina Affordable Housing Advisory Board, Orange County North Carolina Human Relations Commission and The University of North Carolina Parents Council.

Throughout his career, Mr. Graham has been influenced by mentors who provided valuable advice and modeled behaviors that contributed to his success.
