Mr. Saha is the founder and chief executive officer of Green Grid Inc., a company he established independently without external funding in 2011—an achievement that stands as a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to innovation. In the beginning years of Green Grid, he concurrently held several key positions at various organizations.

From 2011 to 2013, Mr. Saha served as a senior project manager at Altex Technologies Corp., a contractor for the Department of Defense and Department of Energy. Following his time there, he joined Hadal as an engineering program manager and consultant, further expanding his expertise in developing complex programs. While working at Hadal from 2014 to 2016, he simultaneously contributed as the continuous technology and innovation consultant for Pacific Gas and Electric between 2016 and 2017, where he honed his skills in corporate leadership.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Saha worked as a lead mechanical engineer at Altex Technologies Corp. from 2007 to 2011; there, he contributed significantly to engineering projects for government contracts. Before joining Altex Technologies, he was a staff widebody aircraft engineer at United Airlines Inc. in 2006, a position he acquired after starting his professional journey as a research engineer at Apparati Inc., a National Aeronautics and Space Administration contractor, from 2004 to 2006. While pursuing a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Wayne State University, which he earned in 2003, Mr. Saha also worked as a graduate research assistant at the institution from 2001 to 2003.

Mr. Saha's academic background also includes a Bachelor of Engineering in aeronautical engineering from Panjab University, Chandigarh which he earned in his home country of India. As he progressed in his career, he further enhanced his business acumen by completing the Stanford Executive Program in business administration and management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2021 and obtaining the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his innovative contributions.

To date, Mr. Saha holds nearly 20 U.S. and international patents related to utility power line monitoring and wildfire prevention systems, hydrogen fuel storage and delivery methods and photovoltaic panel cleaning systems. His work has significantly advanced technology in these areas, showcasing his ability to drive progress through innovation. In addition, Mr. Saha has contributed to academic literature with publications such as "Numerical prediction of radiation heat transfer in Optoelectronics hermetic packaging process" and "PoDS: A Powder Delivery System for Mars In-Situ Organic, Mineralogic and Isotopic Analysis Instruments." He is architecting avant-garde artificial sustainability intelligence (ASI) product which is a derivative of broader artificial intelligence (AI) targeted for climate change and sustainability solutions. These works highlight his commitment to advancing knowledge in engineering and technology.

Mr. Saha's success is deeply rooted in his strong work ethic, which was instilled in him by his parents during challenging times when they were refugees during the subcontinental war in the 1970s. This upbringing taught him the value of hard work and perseverance, which have been instrumental in shaping his career and personal life. Outside of his professional life, Mr. Saha enjoys growing grapes and making wine, reflecting his appreciation for nature and craftsmanship, and is married with two sons.
