Mr. Mann's journey in engineering began as a mechanical engineer and then as an engineer II in continuous improvement at International Automotive Components Group in Albemarle, North Carolina, between 2014 and 2016. He later transitioned to Auria, where he held various managerial positions in quality assurance, manufacturing, and process engineering, dating back to 2018. Mr. Mann's dedication to continuous improvement and quality assurance has been recognized throughout his career.

Mr. Mann holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 2014, and a Master of Science in engineering management in 2017 with a concentration in Lean Six Sigma from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. These academic achievements have given him a strong foundation for professional success. Mr. Mann's commitment to excellence is further exemplified by his certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt from International Automotive Components and a Six Sigma Black Belt from Auria. These credentials underscore his proficiency in process improvement methodologies and have contributed significantly to his accomplishments.
