A pioneer in the field of sustainable engineering, Mr. Radzinski is nationally recognized as an expert in sustainability and waste minimization. Since 2001, he has served as president of Sustainable Solutions Corporation, where he empowers businesses to reduce energy consumption and minimize waste. His leadership has led to the development of tools and processes that have been widely adopted, resulting in significant improvements in corporate products and operations. Since founding Sustainable Solutions Corporation as a small venture alongside his wife, the company has grown to employ more than 40 people and collaborates with some of the largest corporations worldwide.

In all his career ventures, Mr. Radzinski seeks to assist others in creating sustainable solutions that benefit everyone. In addition to his role at Sustainable Solutions Corporation, he is a co-founder and partner at GreenCircle Certified and co-hosts the podcast "Tad Talks Sustainability" with his daughter, Julianna Radzinski. He spent 20 years as an adjunct professor at Villanova University and was instrumental in developing both the sustainability curriculum and the Master in Sustainable Engineering degree program.

Mr. Radzinski's career began at PECO Energy Company, where he held various engineering roles from 1983 to 1995 before joining the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as the EPA Waste Minimization national expert from 1997 to 2007. His passion for sustainability was ignited by Ray Anderson's keynote speech at an EPA conference in 1997, inspiring him to dedicate his career to this field. During his career at the EPA, Mr. Radzinski was recognized with several awards from the agency for his contributions to waste minimization programs.

Academically, Mr. Radzinski's background includes a Master of Science in water resources and environmental engineering from Villanova University in 1995, a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Drexel University in 1991, and an Associate Degree in mechanical engineering technology from Pennsylvania State University in 1983. He is a LEED-accredited professional and a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Radzinski is actively involved with numerous industry-related organizations, such as the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the U.S. Green Building Council. He was a founding member of the Sustainable Purchasing Leadership Council and has served on the board of directors for the International Society of Sustainability Professionals. Mr. Radzinski has contributed to various projects and publications focused on corporate responsibility and sustainability strategies.

Outside of professional life, Mr. Radzinski enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, fishing, pickleball, and spending time with his family.
