As such, Ms. Ferrari relocated to learn about international markets and, later, traveled to Costa Rica to leverage Global Realty Connect as a marketing tool for effective collaboration, allowing other agents to list their properties on her platform. With additional travel experience in Panama, Ms. Ferrari is focusing her efforts on such countries as the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Panama, Nicaragua, Peru and Portugal, with an additional interest in Florida markets within the United States. As such, in each of these locations, Ms. Ferrari has cultivated lasting relationships with local ambassadors to establish and develop pertinent groundwork to ensure shared success.

Concurrently, Ms. Ferrari has served as a senior licensing health care advisor, drawing on her decades-long experience in health and life insurance. Having held a 2-15 health and life insurance license, including annuities, she initially entered the insurance industry at age 17 in her native Peru, where she underwent coursework in risk management and insurance at Instituto de Seguros Peru where she received The Lloyd's of London Award, first recognition given in the entire country. Thereafter, at age 21, Ms. Ferrari immigrated to the United States and attended the University of Miami, earning a Bachelor of Science in risk management insurance in 1993 and obtaining an H-1B visa. Reflecting on her early accomplishments, Ms. Ferrari is particularly proud of receiving her undergraduate degree, representing her realization of the American dream.

During her longstanding tenure in the field, Ms. Ferrari also worked for an insurance carrier, between 2002 and 2025, where she was responsible for recruiting various medical providers to join the network and was consistently recognized as one of the highest producers. Although she routinely earned top rankings, including leadership and collaboration awards, Ms. Ferrari placed greater emphasis on the power of collaboration and overcoming challenges, demonstrating her profound commitment to the industry and passion for helping others.

In accounting for her success, Ms. Ferrari credits the support of her parents, noting the special encouragement from her father, who instilled in her the belief that perseverance is pivotal to achieving her ambitions. Her mother imparted spiritual belief and faith. Likewise, she is especially grateful for the love and support of her son, Sandro, who is currently pursuing a master's degree on a scholarship. Ms. Ferrari is empowered and encouraged by her son's success and aims to continue serving as an inspirational figure for him, much as he does for her.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Ferrari is involved with the Arbor Day Foundation as a staunch supporter.
