Despite the logistical difficulties, he actively participates in these meetings to support his team, make decisions and ensure that everything proceeds smoothly. Dedicated to ensuring that all processes are executed to the highest standards, he takes full responsibility for any issues that may arise during installation, emphasizing the importance of accuracy, thoroughness and programming time during commissioning on-site.

Mr. Beltran's association with Automotive EV began in 2017, when, at age 22, he worked as a contractor through Controls Electronics at their California plant. During this period, he helped fix several issues on the production line. Automotive EV recognized his contributions and extended multiple offers, first in 2017 and then again in 2019, 2021 and 2023. This accomplishment reflects his dedication and the value he brings to his role.

Mr. Beltran's career journey is marked by significant milestones. From 2018 to 2023, he was the head of standard development engineering at Electrical Design & Motor Control Inc. His earlier roles included serving as a senior automation and robotics specialist at Delta Electronics–IIPSA from 2017 to 2018 and as an automation and controls engineer at Control E from 2016 to 2017. In 2016, he also worked as a maintenance supervisor at Ford Motor Company. He began his career designing and programming automated guided vehicles at MartinRea Automotive Structures in 2015 and working in automation and electronics at Víctor Technologies-ESAB the same year.

Throughout his career, Mr. Beltran has been actively involved with industry-related organizations such as the Inductive Automation/Ignition Platform Community and the standard development group for PLC, DB, robotics and front-end design review. He is also associated with Siemens, Rockwell and FANUC. Mr. Beltran's most notable achievement was creating a software solution for an important distribution center called PViewAB. Using the Ignition platform, he independently developed the software, handling all aspects of its design—from selecting tools to writing the code. PViewAB was successfully implemented across all the factories nationwide. This accomplishment showcases Mr. Beltran's innovation and technical expertise.

Mr. Beltran's educational background has played a crucial role in his professional success. He received a master's degree in project management from La Rioja International University in 2020, a degree in English language and literature with a focus on English-Spanish translation from Sierra College California in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in mechatronics engineering from the Universidad del Valle de México (Laureate International Universities) in 2016. Additional credentials include Delta Electronics, Rockwell, and Siemens certifications for programming PLCs, HMIs, robots, vision systems, servo drives, VFDs, power meters and fully integrated systems. He also holds an OSHA 10-hour card and certifications in Ignition SCADA Python, MySQL, and data acquisition from the Inductive Automation University. Finally, Mr. Beltran earned his Six Sigma Green Belt from Ford Motor Company.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Beltran is committed to civic engagement through his volunteer work developing prototype automated wheelchairs for children. His accolades include being named Employee of the Year in 2022 and receiving the Prominent Student Award in 2016. He also participated in a national math and science contest in 2011 and won a Best Internship award.

Mr. Beltran attributes his success to the unwavering support of his family, particularly his wife. Despite the challenges of spending long hours at work, including nights and weekends, his family has always been there for him. Their understanding and encouragement have been instrumental in his achievements, allowing him to dedicate himself entirely to his professional endeavors.

In his personal life, Mr. Beltran enjoys songwriting and playing the guitar and accordion.
