Mr. Kapparapu's career includes roles as a system architect IV on contract with Baxter International Inc. from 2016 to 2017 and Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, he served as a solutions architect and senior technical manager at HCL America Inc. between 2012 and 2017. His earlier career at General Electric from 2006 to 2012 saw him recognized with multiple awards, including the Systems Excellence Award and Innovation Awards for more than ten docket ideas. His contributions to General Electrical included developing the next-gen Smart Metering product solutions for single- and three-phase measurements for the ANSI and IEC market segments.

Mr. Kapparapu's academic background includes a Bachelor of Technology in biomedical engineering from BV Raju Institute of Technology in 2001 and a postgraduate diploma in machine learning and artificial intelligence from Columbia Engineering in 2020. His education laid the groundwork for his passion for health care products, which he attributes to his success in developing human-related devices that enhance lives. He holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from GE Corporate, further underscoring his commitment to quality and innovation. He also has a software reliability engineering certification from HCL and holds the Introduction to Software for Medical Devices and IEC62304 certification from MedicalDeviceHQ.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Kapparapu is actively involved in civic activities as a social volunteer with Balaniketan.
