Mr. Frazier's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in history from the University of California, Berkeley, which he completed in 1994. He continued his education in Finance at U.C. Berkeley Extension's evening program. In 2024, Mr. Frazier was asked to join the Cal Extension Board for Leadership and Management. In addition to his formal education, his intellectual curiosity and passion for understanding complex issues have been instrumental in his success.
