Before serving as the vice president, Mr. Lin was the director of investments at his real estate firm from 2021 to 2024. He was also influential as the vice president of acquisitions and dispositions at Hendricks Commercial Properties between 2020 and 2021. Mr. Lin's expertise in navigating complex transactions was evident when he successfully coordinated with consultants to address environmental issues on an industrial asset, securing environmental insurance before closing the deal.

Mr. Lin's career began in Taiwan with PUJEN Land Development, where he held various roles from 2007 to 2014, including analyst, associate and assistant vice president. His early experience laid a strong foundation for his later achievements in the U.S. He also gained valuable insights as a senior analyst at Suzuki Capital between 2016 and 2017 and as a real estate analyst and project analyst at Reich Brothers from 2017 to 2019. Besides his full-time commitments, Mr. Lin consulted for the Taipei City Urban Redevelopment Association between 2010 and 2014.

Mr. Lin's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Feng Chia University and a Master of Business Administration from New York University (NYU) in 2016. His commitment to continuous learning is further demonstrated by his certifications in ARGUS Developer Software and ARGUS Enterprise Software.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Lin has been actively involved in industry-related organizations, such as the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Urban Land Institute.
