She earned a Bachelor of Science in photojournalism with a minor in policy studies from the Syracuse University Newhouse School of Public Communications in 2001. She continued her academic efforts at the University of Miami School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor in 2005. As a commitment to her field, she has been active with several industry-related organizations, including the Miami Realtor Association and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. Likewise, dedicated to civic advocacy, Ms. Lamchick contributes to her local temple, schools, and the Cancer Link Foundation.

Well-regarded for her contributions to the field, Ms. Lamchick has received multiple awards, including the Gold Award in 2022 and the President's Circle Award in 2021. Additionally, she was recognized as a Rising Star Lawyer by the Florida Super Lawyers Magazine between 2014 and 2019, and she has been a Super Lawyer for many years. Among her career accomplishments, she is especially proud of relocating over 50 families through her specialty and doubling her professional production every year.
