Mr. Gardner's educational background includes an Associate of Science degree in offshore marine technology from the Florida Institute of Technology, one year of coursework at Franklin Pierce, and studies at various other colleges. Beyond his education, his passion for his work and resilience have been key factors in his success, enabling him to overcome challenges and drive positive change within his respective industries.

In his personal life, Mr. Gardner enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, such as boating, fishing, hiking, shooting, biking and golfing.
