Dr. Grajeda's academic journey has been pivotal in shaping his professional path. He has recently finalized a Doctorate in Inclusive Public Policy at the Universidad Mexicana de Estudios y Posgrados. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in nonprofit management with a minor in marketing from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American studies with a minor in psychology from Queens University. His commitment to continuous learning and drawing insights from experienced professionals has been a cornerstone of his success.

Dr. Grajeda's passion for fundraising was ignited when he moved to Washington, D.C. where he began to see the ability to lead transformation change through development. This period marked a turning point as he realized the profound impact he could make through fundraising efforts, particularly serving the most vulnerable communities across the globe.

Outside his professional life, Dr. Grajeda enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering, having served in board and advisor positions with Playground NYC and Temelio. He is also a volunteer children's soccer coach, having played the sport in college and throughout his youth. Looking ahead, he envisions expanding his consulting firm even further where his focus to date has been children's rights, sustainability and environmental initiatives.
