Mr. Prager is the founder and creative director of the New York City-based Prager Creative, established in 2012. With a particular focus on the financial and healthcare business sectors, Prager Creative is a full-service creative marketing agency offering strategy-driven programs to its clients. Mr. Prager oversees all aspects of the agency, and his daily responsibilities include spearheading its direction, developing new business, fostering strong client relationships and engaging in creative work. His expertise spans all forms of mainstream media, including print and digital advertising, television and video, social media communications, influencer marketing, radio advertising and media planning and buying.

Before establishing Prager Creative, Mr. Prager served as a creative director at RICG, a commercial printing company, from 2009 to 2012. At RICG, he honed his skills in digital printing, sophisticated variable data and email marketing. From 2008 to 2009, he worked independently as an art and creative director, refining his creative vision and expanding his professional network. This was preceded by an art director role at Munn Rabôt from 2006 to 2008, where he gained valuable experience in branding and design work.

Mr. Prager's career also includes a tenure as a senior designer at Underline Communications from 2004 to 2006. He began his career in 1999, providing design and consulting services on a freelance basis until 2004. During this time, he contracted with prominent branding agencies such as Lippincott, Siegel+Gale, Hil Holiday, and G2.

Mr. Prager received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia in 1998. After college, he relocated to New York City to pursue a career in corporate branding, developing an appreciation for the art of simplicity. Working at the intersection of creativity and business was deeply rewarding for him and ultimately inspired him to start his own venture.

Mr. Prager is proud of making a positive difference through his work with Prager Creative. Among his most notable achievements was developing a successful media campaign for Vibrant Emotional Health, which facilitates a suicide prevention hotline. He is gratified by the fact that the success of these campaigns likely helped to save lives. He is equally inspired by the results of his company's work in the credit union space, which allowed him and his team to give back to communities. Meanwhile, by serving healthcare sector entities, his company helps consumers make positive choices and lead healthy lifestyles, improving their overall quality of life. Mr. Prager also takes pride in seeing his employees learn and grow under his supportive leadership.

Throughout his career, Mr. Prager has received numerous accolades for his contributions. In 2024, he was honored with the Social Media Campaign of the Year Silver Impact Award by Ad Age and Modern Healthcare. In 2021, he received a Platinum MarCom Award and two Gold MarCom Awards from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. Additionally, he was awarded the Global ACE Award by the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) Business Marketing in 2016. The Credit Union National Association (CUNA) honored him with multiple best-in-categories distinctions and the CUNA Diamond Award.

Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Prager cherishes spending time with his family, including his wife, Jessica, Prager and their son, Braden. He enjoys biking, going to the beach, wakeboarding and exploring food and restaurants around New York City.
