There, she successfully oversaw multi-phase clinical trials across a variety of therapeutic areas.

Dr. Saxena's earlier roles further highlight her broad experience and leadership in the field. From 2021 to 2022, she worked at IQVIA as a Clinical Operations Lead specializing in Real World Evidence Solutions. Additionally, she held positions within the Study Start-Up Department at PPD (now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.) as a Study Startup Manager and SIA Team Manager from 2019 to 2021. Her previous experience includes serving as a Clinical Study Manager at Symphony Clinical Research and a Senior Clinical Trial Associate at GlobalCare Clinical Trials Ltd.

Her academic background has played a pivotal role in her career progression. Dr. Saxena earned a Doctor of Medicine from Avalon University School of Medicine in 2007, followed by a Master of Science in Clinical Research from Rush University in 2013. In 2019, she completed a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Capella University. She has further enhanced her expertise through numerous professional certifications, including certifications from the Medable Academy, Clinical Trials Operations Specialization Certification from Johns Hopkins University, and Executive Leadership Certifications from McKinsey & Company, Cornell University and Capella University.

Born in Punjab, India, Dr. Saxena maintains a strong connection to her cultural roots.
