He then transitioned to KPMG US, where he served as a consultant in enterprise risk management from 2005 to 2008. His tenure at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) from 2008 to 2019 included significant positions such as chief of staff to the chief information officer and acting chief of audit and internal control.

Mr. Le Goc's academic background includes a Master of Science in finance from Kogod School of Business at American University in 2014 and a Bachelor of Science in business administration, specializing in computer information systems, from American University in 2000. He attributes his success to hard work, focusing on controllable factors, leveraging strengths, and maintaining a positive outcome-based approach. Similarly, Mr. Le Goc credits being authentic and standing by principles that may not be popular but are fundamentally right.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Le Goc is actively involved in civic organizations. He has served as an advisory council member for Harvard Business Review since 2024 and as a financial educator for the Association of Financial Educators since 2021.
