Mr. Goldfarb has established a distinguished career in finance, particularly with public companies. Since 2012, he has held the position of chief financial officer at Duos Technologies Group Inc., demonstrating his expertise in financial management and strategic planning. His journey with the firm began in August 2012, after which he played a pivotal role in leading the company to Nasdaq in 2020. His adeptness at maintaining a lean capital structure while minimizing shareholder dilution is a testament to his proficiency in managing smaller company turnarounds.

In 2022, Mr. Goldfarb transitioned to a semi-retired role but continued to manage investor relations for Duos Technologies. When his successor departed, he was asked by the CEO to return as chief financial officer in May 2024. Prior to his tenure at Duos Technologies, he served as chief financial officer at Ecosphere Technologies, a small public company startup marking the beginning of his career as a public company chief financial officer.

Mr. Goldfarb's professional journey began at IBM, followed by a decade-long tenure with a division of Fujitsu. He then shifted focus to smaller entities and served as general manager at The Weather Channel for several years. His venture into private equity included investing in and successfully selling MOWIS GmbH to a European media entity before entering the public markets. Throughout his career, he has been involved in prestigious organizations, serving as a non-executive chairman and board member of GelStat Corporation and previously holding membership with the Institute of Directors in the United Kingdom.

Educationally, Mr. Goldfarb holds a bachelor's degree in business from Rutgers University, obtained in 1981, and an associate degree in accounting and business studies, completed in 1976 in London, England. In addition to his education, he attributes much of his success to the support of his wife and guidance from exceptional mentors throughout his career.

In recognition of his accomplishments, Mr. Goldfarb was recognized three times by IBM's Hundred Percent Club and topped the CSST training class at Digital Equipment Corporation. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is actively involved with civic organizations, such as Etz Chaim Synagogue in Jacksonville, Florida, where he contributes as a security team member. He plans to increase his civic work in the future.

Born in London and immigrating to the United States in 1978, Mr. Goldfarb enjoys spending time with his family, including his two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys music and aviation. In the upcoming years, he plans to complete his tenure at Duos Technologies Group with significant growth for the company and hopes to continue serving as a non-executive board member for GelStat. Additionally, he looks forward to returning to music and joining a band again, reflecting his lifelong passion for music that began when he attended the Royal College of Music as a junior scholarship student at age 11.
