Agital supports clients across varying industries and sizes with strategy, innovation and growth-driving solutions. Ms. Dillon joined Agital in 2020 when it was operating as Highnoon. During her early years with the company, she played a pivotal role in navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 era, oversaw rapid growth as the agency doubled in size in a two-year period and built a positive workplace culture.

Ms. Dillon's career is marked by an intentional focus on building strong teams and fostering meaningful relationships. Before joining Agital, she gained extensive experience in agencies, directing internal agency operations and working in client services. Her ability to lead with empathy and drive impact has earned her a reputation as a thoughtful, empowering leader.

With deep roots in community support, Ms. Dillon has participated in Vitalant blood drives as a donor and coordinator since 2008. She has also volunteered with Feed My Starving Children, St. Mary's Food Bank, St. Vincent de Paul, the Arizona Animal Welfare League and Southwest Oasis Labrador Rescue, among many others. Since 2023, she has been a proud board member for UMOM New Day Centers, where she contributes to the corporate sponsorship and governance committees. UMOM is the largest provider of emergency shelter and supportive services for homeless families, single women, and youth in AZ. As a parent, she is passionate about embodying the values of compassion, selflessness and service and passing them on to her children.

Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Ms. Dillon has lived in Phoenix since age 10 and proudly calls the desert her home. Having graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government with a minor in communications, she is also proud to call herself a Sun Devil. When she is not at the office, Ms. Dillon enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking with her dogs, trying new restaurants, attending concerts, gardening, traveling and cooking.
