In 2019, he transitioned to Toronto, Ontario, as a delivery principal to integrate acquired company in Canada and remained in that role until 2023, when he became a principal of consulting services. His current position as global commercial leader began in 2023 in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to IQVIA MedTech, he received the CEO Award for Excellence in Strategic/Client Initiatives Category in 2024.

Mr. Chodavadiya began his career in 2006 as a business analyst at PharmARC Analytic Solutions, which was later acquired by IMS Health/IQVIA. He quickly advanced to senior business analyst in 2007 and consultant in 2008. By 2009, he had become a senior consultant, showcasing his growing expertise in data analytics and business insights. In 2010, he joined Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Hyderabad, India, as a senior sales force effectiveness manager, where he honed his skills in sales analytics support functions.

Mr. Chodavadiya's educational background has been instrumental in his career achievements. In 2006, he received a Master of Business Administration in pharmaceutical marketing from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research in India. This institution is renowned for its focus on pharmaceutical education and operates under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University in 2004.
