His time at Kiewit was particularly notable for his contribution to a $2.2 billion portfolio, which he considers a highly significant accomplishment. He began his career in 2007 as a superintendent at Lendlease Corporation, where he developed foundational skills that have supported his subsequent achievements.

Mr. Kwiatkowski's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in project management from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry Educational Development Corp., completed in 2016. He also holds a Bachelor of Project Management from the same institution, earned in 2014.

In addition to his degrees, Mr. Kwiatkowski has obtained several certifications that enhance his professional capabilities. He is a certified construction manager (CCM) and a project management professional (PMP). Other certifications include advanced blueprint reading from Allana Buick & Bers, Inc., CPR training from Lendlease, hazardous materials technician certification from OSHAuthorized, and HAZWOPER 40-hour training from OSHAcademy Safety and Health Training.

Beyond his professional life, Mr. Kwiatkowski is actively involved in civic organizations such as the Lions Club, the Humane Society, and Hawaiian Humane Society Animal Shelter.
