This period required exceptional time management, dedication, and resilience, as he juggled professional responsibilities, academic goals, and family commitments. Mr. Yocum's educational background laid a solid foundation for his career achievements. He earned a master's degree in construction management from Western Carolina University in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science in construction management and business administration from East Carolina University in 2007.
