He then progressed through various roles, including lead software developer at Eptatrading and consultant positions at Capgemini Engineering. From 2005 to 2008, he served as a technical leader at Telecom Italia, where he achieved his most notable accomplishment: designing Italy's No. 1 news search engine that surpassed Google Italia with 60 million searches per day.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Tesei is an active member of industry-related organizations, such as the Project Management Institute and ISACA. His dedication to continuous learning is evident through his numerous certifications, including natural language processing with deep learning and machine learning from Stanford University, among many others.

Mr. Tesei's academic background includes an Executive Master of Business Administration from SDA Bocconi School of Management and a Master of Science in engineering of computing systems from Politecnico di Milano, where he graduated cum laude. His education has been foundational to his success in the field of artificial intelligence. He attributes much of his professional growth to the guidance of his mentors.
