Before joining Old Mill Building Products, Mr. Webster worked at Action Target as vice president and general manager from 2019 to 2023. In this capacity, he focused on starting a new business unit, building a team and growing recurring revenues. From 2014 to 2019, Mr. Webster held various roles at Action Target, including vice president of supply chain and operations and global strategic sourcing director, honing his strategic sourcing and supply chain management skills and laying the foundation for his later achievements in executive leadership. His earlier experience as a senior manager at Boart Longyear from 2011 to 2014 further solidified his expertise in global strategic sourcing.

Mr. Webster began as a senior consultant at Protiviti from 2008 to 2010, specializing in data analytics, IPO readiness and control environment preparation. This early experience allowed him to develop strong relationships with high-ranking executives and gain valuable insights into business strategy.

Mr. Webster earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business in 2014. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science in finance from Brigham Young University in 2007 and an Associate of Science from Brigham Young University in Idaho in 2005. His educational background has been instrumental in his ability to navigate complex business environments and drive organizational success.

Mr. Webster attributes much of his success to his upbringing in a farming family in Idaho, where he developed a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. Despite his desire to work on the family farm, his father persuaded him to higher education and a career away from the farm.
