Ms. Keen's expertise in day-to-day banking, specialty lending, construction lending and mortgages, have been instrumental in her success.

Ms. Keen's role at UMB comes after her tenure as a vice president and senior wealth management banker at Wells Fargo from 2006 to 2024. Her expertise in wealth management and ability to develop strong relationships with clients solidified her reputation in the industry. Before joining Wells Fargo, Ms. Keen was the director of strategic marketing of the business and economic development division, for the State of Utah, between 2000 and 2006. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in promoting economic growth within the state. Ms. Keen's most notable highlight while there, was serving as the executive director of Governor Michael O Leavitt's "Guest of State" Hosting program for the 2002 Winter Olympic games held in Utah.

Ms. Keen received a General Associate of Arts degree from Weber State University in 1988 and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Utah in 1991. Ms. Keen also earned several professional credentials, including Series 7 and Series 66 licenses from FINRA, an insurance agent health property casualty license in Utah and a nationwide mortgage licensing system certification.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Keen is a past board chair for the Salt Lake Chamber's "Women's Business Center" for two consecutive terms, She is a past board chair for the "Go Red For Women" campaign for the American Heart Association for two consecutive terms. She is a past board chair for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's "Light the Night" event. She is a current board member of the Utah Council on Financial and Economic Education board for Utah State treasurer Marro Oaks as well as a current "Circle of Red" member for the American Heart Association. She sings on a worship team for Apline Church, and works with children with physical limitations and her horse through the "Freedom Riders" equine therapy group.

Ms. Keen's leadership earned her recognition from Governor Michael Leavitt with an Olympic Torch. She also garnered recognition for her commitment to advancing women's roles in financial services when she received the prestigious Pathfinder Award from the Salt Lake Chamber Women's Business Center. Ms. Keen attributes her success to God first and foremost, the foundation laid for her during childhood, her excellent mentors, and the influential figures who shaped her career path.
