Prior to his current role, Mr. Tirone held several significant positions that contributed to his expertise in oil, gas and real estate acquisitions. From 2022 to 2025, he served as vice president of acquisitions and minerals management at Wexford Minerals LP., a Tug Hill company. Prior to serving in that role, he was also Marcellus acquisition manager at Chief Oil & Gas, LLC (Chief). His tenure at Chief was particularly notable, as he played a critical role in establishing the company in 2016 as a top independent natural gas producer in the United States. His efforts in structuring deals to develop natural gas underlying public lands provided substantial benefits to the Pennsylvania Game Commission and underscored his commitment to environmental stewardship.

Mr. Tirone's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in music with a concentration in music therapy from Temple University. His training as a therapist, which involved collaboration with psychologists and psychiatrists and other health professionals, significantly enhanced his capacity for empathy and understanding of diverse perspectives. Although initially aspiring to become a physician, a colleague recognized his potential for application in the oil and gas industry, prompting him to explore this avenue. This transition allowed him to apply his empathetic skills in negotiating deals which uncovered a bevy of unknown skills and talents that proved enormously valuable to creating sizeable growth and value to the companies that he worked for.

Further enhancing his expertise, Mr. Tirone is actively involved in industry-related organizations as a member of the Michael Late Benedum Regional Chapter of the American Association of Professional Landmen. Outside his primary career, he is also the owner of Tirone Guitar Company, passionate about building guitars from scratch while performing extensive restorations to highly sought after, rare guitars. His artisan craft for building guitars links him back to his musical roots while showcasing his aesthetic artistry. His guitars are custom crafted to create the look and sound that creates a musician's signature tone. In all his endeavors, he attributes his success to tireless hard work, cultivating relationships, and following his calling from God.

Mr. Tirone's professional achievements have been recognized with the President's Award from Chief Oil & Gas LLC and are further evidenced by the many successful transactions that resulted from his intense passion for business development. Outside of his professional life, Mr. Tirone is devoted to his family, including his three children, and is active civically and philanthropically in many non-profit organizations. He currently serves with his wife, Juliette, as presidents of the board of directors for the Christian Family Movement-USA (CFM). In the upcoming years, he desires to leave a lasting legacy by establishing an energy company dedicated to fostering collaboration among stakeholders to address society's substantial energy needs.
