Ms. Bonaquist is the founder and chief executive officer of B-Squared Advertising, a full-service advertising and marketing agency based in Naples, Florida. Since its inception in 2001, she has led the firm through significant challenges, including a 75% drop in revenue during the 2008 recession. Despite these obstacles, she successfully maintained operations and has seen the company thrive over the past 24 years. B-Squared Advertising serves clients across the United States, offering a comprehensive range of services such as branding, public relations, print and broadcast advertising, digital advertising, website design, and more.

Before establishing B-Squared Advertising, Ms. Bonaquist was the West Coast Division President for Creative Directors from 1999 to 2001. Her role involved overseeing operations and expanding the company's reach in the region. Prior to this position, she was a senior account executive at Weeks & Associates Advertising from 1987 to 1999, where she honed her skills in client management and strategic planning.

Ms. Bonaquist's career began in journalism, where she was an editor at Naples Daily News for four years, which followed the position of associate editor with The Post Journal in Jamestown, New York. She also held roles in banking, including regional vice president and bank marketing director. Her diverse background provided her with a unique perspective on marketing and communications.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Bonaquist is actively involved in industry-related organizations including the Florida Home Builders Association where she currently serves as a senior officer. She is also a member of the Collier Building Industry Association, Lee Building Industry Association and the Charlotte/DeSoto Building Industry Association.

Upon graduating high school in 1976, Ms. Bonaquist then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in newspaper journalism from Syracuse University in 1980. Her academic achievements laid the foundation for her successful career in advertising and marketing.

Beyond her professional life, Ms. Bonaquist is dedicated to civic engagement. She has served as the American Heart Association's board member and event chair, held past board positions with the Collier County Mental Health Association, and was Relay for Life Chair for the American Cancer Society. Her contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, including the John P. Hall Award for Excellence in Marketing in 2022 and 2011 Woman of Distinction from the Florida Home Builders Association.

Ms. Bonaquist is also an accomplished author. In 2018, she wrote "Marketing to Millennials" for Florida Home Building Magazine. Her insights into generational marketing have been well-received within the industry. Outside her career, Ms. Bonaquist enjoys exercising, playing golf, reading and spending time with her family, which includes five children.
