While at Employbridge, Mr. Shapiro served as the director at large for marketing at the Association for Supply Chain Management (APICS) Atlanta from 2012 to 2015. During this time, he was responsible for overseeing marketing strategies and initiatives that supported the nonprofit organization's mission to improve business operations through educational and professional certifications. His steadfast leadership and guidance in this capacity further solidified his reputation as an expert in the field. From 1996 to 2001, he held the position of area manager at Randstad, gaining valuable foundational skills in managing operations and developing effective recruitment strategies.

Mr. Shapiro's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from University of California San Diego, where he graduated in 1993. The communication skills developed during this time have been pivotal in his ability to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues throughout his career.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Shapiro is deeply committed to community service and civic engagement. He facilitates a men's Bible study group through North Point Community Church, leading efforts in community outreach and support for men recovering from substance abuse through partnerships with local rehabilitation centers. Additionally, he served as a soccer coach at Newtown Recreation from 2004 to 2019, demonstrating his dedication to youth development and mentorship.
