Ms. Richter is a distinguished data and analytics executive with more than two decades of experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, customer/market research and strategic programs across industries. She currently serves as the vice president of growth analytics, intelligence and business process operations at Optum, a role she has held since 2023. Widely recognized for her leadership acumen and contributions to the field, she was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in New Jersey from 2022 to 2024 as well as a Top 100 Women Leader by Women We Admire in 2021.

Prior to joining Optum, Ms. Richter was vital in transforming enterprise attrition mitigation and customer relationship management operations during her four years at Change Healthcare. As the vice president of insights, analytics and customer relationship management (CRM) operations from 2020 to 2023, she successfully modernized CRM capabilities and reduced the company's customer attrition rate from eight percent to five percent over three years. Before this role, she served as the vice president of enterprise customer insights and data analytics at Change Healthcare from 2019 to 2020.

Ms. Richter's storied career also includes several years of significant contributions at Dun & Bradstreet in Short Hills, New Jersey. She was the vice president of analytics, insights and operations from 2018 to 2019, having previously worked as the vice president of analytics and insights from 2017 to 2018 and as a senior leader in customer analytics and insights from 2013 to 2017. Earlier on, she worked at Turner Broadcasting as a research director from 2010 to 2012 and as a research manager from 2008 to 2010. She gained valuable foundational research and analytics experience as an associate client manager at ACNielsen, The Nielsen Company from 2006 to 2008 and as a marketing insights graduate intern at Thomson Reuters from 2005 to 2006.

Before venturing onto her vocational path, Ms. Richter earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing and statistics from Baruch College in 2006 and a Bachelor of Commerce in marketing and international business from McGill University in 2002. In honor of her dedication to excellence, she also received the International Students in Management academic scholarship during her time at McGill. To complement her academic knowledge and professional qualifications, she was certified in Kanban system design by Kanban University in 2018.

Committed to advancing her field while empowering women and supporting communities, Ms. Richter is involved in industry-related organizations, including World Leaders in Data and AI, the International Institute for Analytics, and Long Island Women in Tech. In the past, she held roles as the vice president, archivist and historian for the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. Ms. Richter serves as a mentor to professional women, particularly those early in their careers. Additionally, she has founded and supported several corporate philanthropy initiatives over the past 10 years.

In her personal life, Ms. Richter enjoys reading, writing, taking on speaking engagements, being active and spending time with family and friends. She draws inspiration from a mentor's quote emphasizing the importance of being both smart and nice — a philosophy she embodies through her work ethic and interactions with colleagues.
