HENDERSON, NV, May 13, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Trisha Ayers has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Trisha Ayers is a dynamic professional known for her work in holistic financial planning, money mindset coaching, and personal finance strategy. But beyond her titles, she's recognized as a connector — a woman who unites people, builds bridges between communities, and leads with both passion and purpose.
Her story begins in adversity. Raised in a challenging environment with an abusive father and the complexities of being adopted, Trisha was forced to grow up quickly. She left school early but never stopped seeking growth. Earning her GED was the first of many steps toward reclaiming her life and rewriting her future. With fierce determination, she transformed hardship into fuel — turning survival into leadership.
Trisha's career reflects over two decades of cross-industry leadership. By age 16, she was already stepping into management roles. She went on to spend 20 years in restaurant leadership and thrived in retail, earning the top credit card sales award in Las Vegas and supporting the grand opening of TJ Maxx in Cedar City.
From 2016 to 2020, she brought her skills to the financial sector, serving as a Customer Relationship Manager at U.S. Bank and earning the title of Top Banker in U.S. Bank in 2018. When the pandemic hit, Trisha returned to restaurant leadership as General Manager of Johnny Mac's. But a health crisis — compounded by a lack of insurance — forced her to reevaluate her purpose.
This experience became a catalyst for transformation. In 2023, she launched a new chapter as a holistic financial planner, licensed in nine states. Today, she focuses on empowering others through money management, retirement planning, and life and health insurance. Her practice isn't just about numbers — it's about helping people, especially single parents and underserved communities, build secure, thriving futures.
Based in Las Vegas and serving clients across the U.S., Trisha blends financial expertise with empathy. She's known for turning complex topics into actionable steps — and always leads with education, empowerment, and a deep commitment to impact.
Outside of her professional work, Trisha is a passionate community advocate. She plays a leadership role in several nonprofit efforts, including The P.A.T.H.S. Project (Progressive Action Towards Higher Success), which supports youth development and mentorship — a cause deeply personal to her. She believes, as Frederick Douglass once said, that "it is easier to build strong children than to repair broken adults."
She also supports Vegas Stronger, an innovative program that provides food and shelter to individuals experiencing homelessness, contingent upon participation in recovery treatment. With an 80% long-term success rate, it's a model Trisha champions. She has also served for years as a Den Leader with the Boy Scouts of America, further demonstrating her belief in building strong, resilient communities.
Trisha attributes her success to her ability to stay grounded while adapting to change. She's inspired by those who persevere and lead with intention — mentors, friends, and fellow change-makers who've poured into her journey. Their encouragement fuels her drive to keep giving back.
As she often says, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." — Helen Keller. This quote mirrors her approach to life and leadership: collaborative, heart-driven, and impact-focused.
Today, she's expanding her mission with the upcoming launch of a community-focused app designed to support nonprofits and connect like-minded entrepreneurs. She plans to host four signature events annually that foster collaboration, resource sharing, and meaningful community engagement — and is personally funding her first event as a testament to her dedication.
As a single mother and entrepreneur, Trisha knows what it means to rise through adversity — and to lift others along the way. She stands as a voice of empowerment, resilience, and heart-centered leadership in both business and service.
