Before founding Compass Consulting, Ms. Ochab was appointed the global vice president of human resources transformation at Lee Hecht Harrison from 2020 to 2023. During this period, she was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that enhanced the organization's culture and global presence. From 2019 to 2020, Ms. Ochab served as the vice president of human resources at Corner Table Restaurants, where she played a key role in creating and supporting the company's human resources protocols.

Ms. Ochab's career also includes a significant tenure with Wyndham Destinations and Wyndham Vacation Ownership, where she served as the vice president of human resources from 2014 to 2017. She managed large-scale HR operations and fostered a culture of inclusivity and growth; in recognition of her contributions, she received the Most Powerful and Influential Woman Award from the Florida Leadership and Diversity Council in 2016. Earlier in her career, she was the director of staffing, employee relations and communications at Rotech Healthcare Inc. from 2005 to 2014. Ms. Ochab proudly initiated her career with The Walt Disney Company in various human resources roles from 1996 to 2005. She humbly served as the 2003 Walt Disney World Ambassador, representing 55,000 cast members at media and community events.

A commitment to continuous learning prompted Ms. Ochab to seek academic excellence. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in international and global studies from the University of Richmond and subsequently completed a master's degree in human resources from Rollins College. She secured certification in leadership coaching for organization performance from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. Additional industry credentials include being designated as a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation and serving clients as an EZRA coach. Ms. Ochab is also a certified forest therapy guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.

Ms. Ochab's commitment to civic service is evident in her involvement with LoveYourBrain, where she plans to allocate more time in service of their mission. Outside her professional pursuits, she remains dedicated to her family, which includes three children, and enjoys all outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, swimming, running and skiing.
