His early career included a significant role with Accenture Federal Services, where he made a significant contribution to the United States Department of Veterans Affairs by identifying and resolving a critical stethoscope vulnerability within their telehealth system. Thanks to his proposed solution, data security was improved and a safer device was implemented.

Mr. Hobbs' educational background laid a strong foundation for his successful career in cybersecurity. He earned a Master of Science in computer science with a focus on cybersecurity from Norfolk State University, following a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from the same institution. Additionally, he holds several certifications and became the youngest certified information systems security professional from ISC2 in 2017. He is also certified as an Akamai Kona Site Defender, a cloud security professional and an information systems auditor. In addition to his education, he attributes much of his success to excellent teamwork and supportive colleagues who have fostered nurturing environments conducive to growth and innovation.

Mr. Hobbs' professional journey is complemented by active involvement in industry-related organizations such as the National Society of Black Engineers, ISC2 and Akamai. These affiliations have provided him with valuable networking opportunities and access to cutting-edge developments in cybersecurity.
