Mr. Romspert has dedicated over three decades to the U.S. Air Force, where he has excelled in combat rescue. As the commander of the 212th Rescue Squadron with the Alaska Air National Guard since 2021, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. His expertise in leadership is further evidenced by his role as president of the board of directors for the Archangel Alaska Pararescue Association since 2023.

Throughout his career, Mr. Romspert is very proud to have completed 150 combat missions. Mr. Romspert's educational background has played a significant role in his professional achievements. He earned a master's degree in peacekeeping and conflict resolution from the American Military University in 2018 and a Bachelor of Science in health sciences from the same institution in 2009. Furthermore, he completed an executive education program on leadership in homeland security at Harvard Kennedy School in 2023, enhancing his ability to lead effectively.

Throughout his career, Mr. Romspert has been driven by a solid work ethic, a supportive family and a close-knit circle of friends. In addition to his professional endeavors, he is actively involved in volunteer work. He contributes his time to St. John Methodist Church and the Alaska Military Youth Academy, demonstrating his dedication to giving back to the community. His participation in Leadership Alaska further underscores his commitment to fostering growth and development within his community.

Outside of his career, Mr. Romspert enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities, such as fishing and hunting. He also values the support of his spouse and takes great pride in his two daughters, whom he considers his most significant achievement. Looking ahead, he plans to continue serving in the military while preparing for retirement. He also hopes to engage more deeply with community service projects that inspire him and those around him.
