Earlier in her career, Mrs. Harish held various positions at Microsoft, including senior engineer for data platforms from 2014 to 2016 and premier field engineering manager from 2008 to 2014. Her journey with Microsoft began as a premier field engineer for SQL Server from 2004 to 2008 and as a support escalation engineer for SQL Server from 2002 to 2004. She also gained valuable experience as a web systems developer at Arizona State University from 2000 to 2002 and as a programmer at Lucent Technologies, now Alcatel-Lucent, ALE International, ALE USA Inc., from 1999 to 2000.

Mrs. Harish's academic background laid a strong foundation for her professional achievements. She earned a Master of Science in computer science from Arizona State University in 2002 after completing a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science from the University of Madras in 2000. In addition to her formal education, she has pursued several certifications through LinkedIn Learning that have enhanced her leadership capabilities, completing courses primarily focused on AI. She is also a Microsoft-certified Azure Solutions architect expert. These educational accomplishments have been instrumental in her success, providing her with the technical knowledge and analytical skills necessary for her roles.

Born in Chennai, India, Mrs. Harish balances her career with personal interests such as enjoying the arts and painting. She is also dedicated to family life with two daughters.
