In his role at the company, he provides support for new product development using advanced technologies from JnJ MedTech. With nearly two decades of diverse professional experience, he has demonstrated expertise and leadership in customer quality, medical devices and biomedical engineering.

Prior to joining HCLTech, Mr. Gonzalez was a complaint analyst at Johnson & Johnson from 2019 to 2022, during which he focused on customer quality, acted as a liaison between the company's product analysis lab and customers and conducted product testing to identify the reasons behind product failures. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, he was the head of the biomedical engineering department at Hospitales Star Médica from 2015 to 2019. There, he oversaw equipment functionality and managed hospital technology to ensure its effective use by the medical staff.

In 2013, Mr. Gonzalez completed an internship at Hospital de la Mujer de Ciudad Juárez and earned a full-time position as a polyvalent technician from 2014 to 2015. During this time, he repaired and maintained medical equipment to ensure its availability for patient care. His early career also included work outside of healthcare. From 2011 to 2012, he worked in data entry and information technology services at Genpact, adding to his diverse skill set and adaptability across multiple industries.

Mr. Gonzalez's equally accomplished educational background includes a master's degree in information technology from the University of Denver, earned in 2025, and a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez in Mexico, completed in 2015. His academic achievements marked a significant milestone as he became the first in his family to obtain a bachelor's degree and attend graduate school. To enhance his knowledge and qualifications, he successfully completed the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) exam given by Educational Testing Services (ETS) as well as the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) administered by the British Council.

Looking back on his journey thus far, Mr. Gonzalez attributes his success to the support of his family and the inspiration from individuals who have shaped his path. His parents' encouragement in particular has been vital in helping him achieve his goals and overcome challenges along the way.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Gonzalez enjoys weightlifting, running and exploring the beauty of nature. He is driven by a strong desire to contribute more significantly to healthcare through medical devices or services, aiming to improve people's health and general well-being. On a personal level, he aspires to become a more complete individual by uniting all aspects of himself and embracing his strengths and weaknesses alike.
