Mr. Iweanoge's professional journey also included his role as the chief operating officer at Hospitality Concept & Allied Services Ltd. in Liberia, a position he has maintained since 2012. His strategic oversight in this role includes leading the development of hospitality initiatives across West Africa for over a decade. Mr. Iweanoge also remains active through his part-time legal consultancy work with The Iweanoges Firm PC in Washington, D.C., which began in 2015 and involves legal consulting support to private clients and law firms regarding complex litigation matters, legal research and document review.

Highly educated, Mr. Iweanoge holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in real estate management from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He also obtained a master's degree in computer and information systems from Southeastern University in 2003 and a Juris Doctor from the University of the District of Columbia in 2005. These educational accomplishments have shaped Mr. Iweanoge's approach to business.

Mr. Iweanoge's commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his active membership in organizations like the Maryland African Chamber of Commerce, the Black Law Students Association and the Institute of Real Estate Managers.
