As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Ingledue has cultivated a distinguished career in safety management and security, which is marked by his unwavering dedication and expertise. As the safety manager at JB STEEL LLC, a position he has held since 2021, he oversees safety audits across 11 active job sites in Oregon, California and Washington. His role involves conducting weekly safety audits and utilizing the viewpoint team for electronic inspections. His commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his membership in the American Society of Safety Professionals, underscoring his dedication to maintaining high standards in the field.

Before joining JB STEEL, Mr. Ingledue contributed significantly to the Intel site for two years, during which time he applied his extensive knowledge of safety protocols. This was preceded by a pivotal role at Briggs Electric, where he worked alongside his partner to provide safety services for the construction of the Tesla building. His 2005 to 2007 tenure at CHSI was marked by the development of comprehensive guidelines and safety manuals for various sectors, including construction, hospitality and transportation. During this period, he earned his OSHA 500-hour Certification and completed both 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA training courses.

Mr. Ingledue began his career at age 21 as a certified 911 dispatcher in Grants Pass, Oregon. He then served as a reserve police officer for the Grants Pass Police Department from January 1988 to December 1989. In the eight years that followed, he worked as a security guard at Circus Circus Reno Hotel & Casino in Reno, Nevada, eventually advancing to day shift manager. During his time at Circus Circus, he co-developed the defensive tactics system and control techniques the establishment still uses today.

After leaving Circus Circus, Mr. Ingledue helped open the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, where he was in charge of the swing shift for security and special events, such as concerts and boxing matches. He remained in this position for a year and a half. He then took on the role of director of security at the Excalibur Hotel and Casino, overseeing property safety. Having accepted this position at age 33, he had fulfilled his goal of becoming a director of security before turning 35.

After approximately 18 months at the Excalibur, Mr. Ingledue transitioned to work as a private bodyguard for high-profile clients in Las Vegas. His career then took him back to Reno, where he helped establish the Crystal Bay Club at Lake Tahoe and managed its security and surveillance for two years.

Among Mr. Ingledue's most notable achievements is the tactics system he co-developed at Mandalay Bay, which continues to be used today. Additionally, he is proud of his contributions to OSHA training, with many participants preferring his in-person sessions over online courses. Finally, he is gratified by the fact that his colleagues at various workplaces throughout his career often expressed a desire for him to stay upon learning he would be moving on. Throughout his career, Mr. Ingledue has been recognized for his ability to see, comprehend, listen, find solutions and communicate effectively—qualities that have been instrumental in his success.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Ingledue is also committed to civic engagement through his support of organizations such as the Wounded Warrior Project, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Girlsbuild.org. In his personal life, he enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing and camping—activities that reflect his love for nature. Looking ahead, Mr. Ingledue aims to continue contributing to JB STEEL's success by assisting the company in achieving its full potential during its ownership transition. As an Oregon OSHA program participant, JB STEEL is on track to earn recognition as an Oregon SHARP company—a testament to the organization's commitment to safety excellence under Mr. Ingledue's guidance.
